Madcowz 0
Bad news. The farm manager of the second farm also manages 4 other farms. One of which is round the corner from us. You don't need to imagine how many farms he will visit in a few days... So easy how it spreads. And stupid f*cks on the radio complaining about foothpaths being closed made me shout at the radio on the way home. One woman was complaining about farmers putting barbed wire across foothpaths. I'm sorry love, has that nasty farmer inconvenienced you while you tried to walk Foofoo before climbing into your SUV and taking the kids to school. sigh. /Mad
lonedigga 23
Surely you don't think they're trying to kill British agriculture to make a f*****g fortune selling off all that land for housing? Edited June 3, 2008 by lonedigga

ferret15 0
they are saying that it may of been started by a member of staff from the American site they don't know weather or not it was an accident or deliberate
ChrisJones 7,975
Cynics, like me, would say it was deliberate. Edited August 8, 2007 by ChrisJones
jultaylor1972 2
Call me a cynic, but isnt the easiest way to get hold of building land [where they are desperate to build] to make the farmers sell, by any means possible. I,m not buying any of this shit, this disease has been deliberately released, just the same as it was in 2001  Sounds horrible but i think i've got to agree with you on that one. Joe I have to admit, that does sound quite plausable to be honest.
ferret15 0
Just had a phone call back to work tommoro, apparantly we're killing i thought there was still a ban on moving livestock. Joe there is
gibby 0
The movement ban has been lifted in scotland. If your in scotland ferreter_joe that would explain it.
ferret15 0
they are talking about lifting the ban on single pick up animals (one place ) and straight to the slaughter house to minimize any chance of infection ! no animals from the affected area will be allowed to move but it doesn't appear to have any restrictions on slaughtering in the area ! so you will be able to bring healthy animals in to the affected area with no problems
