Bring him back and get it checked.after all your paying his wages tell him your not happy with it.customers always right.

Take off bandage and tape a sock on..........

everyone has odd socks, bit of electrical tape bobs your aunty.

That's what I do too mate.

 

My Dad done it for years mate on wi the greyhounds when they had cut a foot. Looks stupid but does the job and not tight. Was a cracking excuse for me wi all the odd socks kicking about.... :whistling::laugh:

Be very careful with bandages: I have seen vets do bandages much too tight: nurses are sometimes better at bandaging as they get to do it all the time. If it's just stitches on a cut, why is it bandaged? Feet sweat a lot and can easily get infected if there is no air getting to the wound. Can you not get an Elizabethan collar from the vet to stop him licking it?

I would have said lampshade, but I had visions of him cutting up an old lampshade and trying to make it fit :tongue2::laugh::laugh: I keep several sizes of the proper jobs: the great thing about the purpose made ones is that the dog can see through them, so doesn't feel blinkered and spooked by not being able to see around it.
