Cover For Rabbit Pen.

Recommended Posts

Right, so my old man is trying to re-establish a rabbit pen at our place again. Thing is the chickens have cleared it bare! So what he needs is to plant something that will give him some kind of patchy cover, like fern or reeds something like that, or some kind of scrubby/shrubby bush. So, before he heads off into the countryside with spade and sack. . . .. . .. . . any ideas what would be good to use, and of anywhere that some can be ordered??? Doesn't matter if minimum order is a little large, as we will chuck the excess somewhere on the shoot.

Cheers,

Jai.

I planted japanese knotweed in mine, grows really fast, but can take over. Otherwise I piled up dead twiggy branches into random clumps.

i wouldn't plant japannese knotweed forgive me if i'm wrong but one it's against the law and two you'll be fighting the stuff for the rest of your days to kill it off.
