THE GRIFF 8
I have been asked to control some rabbits on a caravan site near the Crook area but its too far for me to travel. This would be a paid job presuming you are professional and have the correct experience and obviously the correct insurance. I have not seen the land but can tell you the caravans are lived in all year round so you would need to be discreet. Ferreting sounds a good option to me or possibly air rifle with nightvision being a more discreet method, I would presume snaring would not be appropriate due to dogs and cats being around. The owners have suggested gassing but this would need to be done by someone with experience in this technique. Please pm me with relevant experience, and what equipment and experience you have(ferrets, longnets, nightvision, gassing, trapping, ect) and I will pass these details on, please include a phone number. This could also be an opportunity for someone that would just like a bit more land to do some ferreting or air rifle nightvision shooting as long as you are insured. Please remember if you are insured through a shooting organisation then you most likely aren't insured to charge for a job. I have posted this in the pest control area due as ideally this would be a chargeable job for a professional. Quote Link to post
