lanesra 4,007 Posted March 10, 2013 Report Share Posted March 10, 2013 My hunting partner Taff , was telling me earlier this week he is sure he seen a Silver Hare Boxing with the Normal Brown Hares . . Went and seen it myself today Looks the Real Deal . . We will be Keeping watch on this Beauty . . It's on His Permission so nobody will be getting near this , the only thing that will be pointed at this is a camera !! Where not the best putting pics up off a Camera but we will get a pic up , anyone ever seen this before as we've WATCHED Hares for nearly 30yrs and this is a First for us . 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Only, those are similar to the native Irish hares. And there's a lot of talk about Irish cross breeding with Brown. The same papers may well mention Brown on Blue interactions. lanesra 4,007 Posted March 10, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 10, 2013 When im saying Silver hare im meaning a Brown Hare thats silver in colour ! we do have Mountain/Blue Hares And Brown Hares here , this Hare is With Brown Hares and down Low in an Area we've worked for yrs and never seen a Mountain hare , What I seen I'm convinced this is genuine , Taff Will hopefully get a decent picture we will put it up . Edited to add , just read your post again G , you've seen Brown Hares with Mountain/Blue Hares together and the Jacks Boxing . . Well this we've never seen but it could be just that G , though looking today it just looked like a Brown and the area it's in also convinced us mate .
