Throughout Eire! And yes; That'll include anything they suspect might be a " BullX " Lurcher. They get away with this here? Britain is certain to want to follow their lead. 'You' said, " They could never do that! There'd be a revolution! They won't get My Dogs! ", when they started whipping up the DDA. But they came. In riot gear. Now they'll be coming again. Banned dogs: American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, English Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Japanese Akita, Japanese Tosa and cross-breeds. (<-- Read " Bull X Lurchers) I've been following the scant media coverage given to this for days now. The council are simply striding foreward with their eyes closed and their noses in the air. Sweeping through barrages of protest from all over. They just refuse to enter into discussion or hear the words of the people. A calm and peaceful protest was mounted on their steps. They refused, point blank, to in any way acknowledge it. This, of course, has already been raised on this forum. Only I've since read a news report that they're starting to push the Enviroment Minister to sanction a nationwide Genocide. Every passing day seems to throw up word of their spreading tendrils of hate. First it was " Council Tenents ". Next day it morphed into " That, initially. " and alarm bells rang with me. Day after that we learned that private home owners who'd bought their property from the council and so lived surrounded by council land should now also expect their doors to be kicked in by the Garda and their Dogs dragged out and summaraly killed. Now this 'council' is whispering to the Government to adopt their proposal and simply kill off Every Dog in Ireland which they arbitrarily decide might fit their present ~ and doubtless to be expanded ~ list of suspects. Only tuesday evening, in the pub, I saw a feature on the news. Some mug, a guy in his fifties, sat with his perfectly average little Staffy Bitch, swearing they'll never get her etc. (We've seen it all before ). Then just what I was expecting: They'd got this fool to play with the Dog and have a game of tug o lead with him. Action! Slow motion close ups of her teeth as she shook her head, lead firmly gripped ..... But, hey; No worries. It won't happen to You people. I mean; It didn't before, did it?
