Dazzam 239
I have three jills which are housed together. Over the past few weeks i've been experimenting with the way i feed my ferrets. I've found that by giving them rabbit in the morning, leaving it with them for half an hour and then removing it and repeating this in the evening that i'm not going through anywhere near the amount of rabbits i normally use yet my ferrets are still as lively, healthy, and energetic. I'm convinced that we as a whole have the tendancy to over fed our stinkers and waste a lot of food. What do you think? Quote Link to post

patterdalejoel 669
ferrets will only eat as much as they need... i think most people wil waste it chucking out out before the whole carcass has been eatn. in this cold weather it lasts for ages. Quote Link to post
The one 8,588
The thing is to figure out how much they will eat and give them that amount and a wee bit more , if you have two ferrets and throw in a rabbit there not going to eat that in a sitting , im finding out mine are eating a bit less the now Quote Link to post
