hi everyone

if i sell a air rifle privately do i need to ask for id etc utility bill etc as the rifle is reg to me from the shop i bought it from? not to sure can anyone help please

Mak sure they are over the age of 18.

i am sure there is some law about selling to under 18, i am sure they have to prove there age?

I may be wrong?

 

i have been seeing it a lot in the selling of second hand air rifles

the seller stipulates that the buyer is consenting to be over the age of 18.

 

Probably to protect the seller,from prosecution?

As above, as long as they are 18 or over, that's all you need to know.
