Gaz_1989 9,539
My mates just got a litter on the ground now. Dam is a 24" sal/grey x whippet used mainly for daytime but good on lamp aswell and not scared of teeth. Sire is a 27" 1/2 grey, 1/4 whippet, 1/4 bull, takes anything single handed, strong and racy with it. All pups are booked but I am going to follow this litter closely as I really like the sound of these. Essentially sal/bull/grey but with whippet on both sides aswell. I think they could be great all rounders. 1 Quote Link to post

More like greyhound x whippet with a touch of saluki and bull. 3 Quote Link to post

The Bitch lacks size to be a consistent dog on big stuff but the sire is a real good dog, or he was pre-ban anyway Quote Link to post

stabba 10,745
Only drawback i can see with this cross is the whippet side of things....a very good chance that a fair percentage could be on the small side due to the whippet gene 1 Quote Link to post
Gaz_1989 9,539
I agree stabba. The litter that the sire is from varied from 23" to 27" I believe. Some throwing whippety and some like half crosses. I guess it could be a very mixed litter. Quote Link to post
