Ive recently discovered it, its 550,000 scovile units in heat, 650 times hotter than habanero peppers so not for the faint of heart but it suits rabbit and other meat well. Might try it with pigeon. Bloody lovely. I really beleive that pigeon is the best meat I have ever eaten.
