those pics have made me hungry, looks delicious. I wonder if Blair's Mega Death sauce would suit pigeon? Ive recently discovered it, its 550,000 scovile units in heat, 650 times hotter than habanero peppers so not for the faint of heart but it suits rabbit and other meat well. Might try it with pigeon.

Couldn`t be arsed making the dinner tonight, so fired three breasts in with a chopped shallotte and some red wine,

10 min, and served on crusty buttered bread.

 

 

Bloody lovely. I really beleive that pigeon is the best meat I have ever eaten.

As meats go, its certainly in my top 5!
