i met a self made traveller/busker last summer with a similar setup, except he had a cob and a donkey ,after nosing around his home,i asked him why a donkey?he said the cob does the straight stuff and the donkey does the hills, like a low gear :clapper: after watching him for a while sitting on a stool carving pegs i think they were,i asked him how he came to be living this way ,cause it was obvious he wasnt travelling stock,he said he used to work in computers ,but just had enough, and chose a different life.i got even nosier and asked if the pegs made him a living,no he said but they help,he knew i was genuinly interested,so he starts tellin me a bit more about his travels, and how he makes his living, turns out he travels up and down the country heading into towns to play his bagpipes :icon_eek: well small bagpipes whatever theyre called.he also made candlestick holders out of old copper cylinders and bits and pieces,i bought one for a fiver he wanted ten,but we settled on five and a small opinel, hats off to ya genuine characters, who are living it :victory:

Why dont he take to tree surgery and then dump it all over the side of the road so that others have to pay to get it cleaned up..........he could swap the donkey for a Merc or flash pickup
