dogs paws after an outing........advise needed

after a days ferreting my terrier comes home and runs about like a mad man,up and down, jumping here there and every where, her feet are itching or somthing, i think its due to stingy nettles ect she biting them constantly, this happens everytime we get back in from hunting, is there anything i can do for her? thanks in advance, fts

fooking hell, lol docking leaves :laugh: , baking powder,,,vinegar,,, sergical spirit which one do i go for ? not 2 people said the same thing, there was an artical about this very problem in the countryman weekly a few weeks ago, but had a look through all my papers and cant find it,theres a few missing though, anymore help much appriciated! atb foxtails :thumbs:

The last three dog i have had have all suffered from nettle stings but got over it without giving them anything. I wouldn't put any creams or sprays on because they would just lick them off. an anti-histamine tablet - such as piriton will relieve the pain and itching.Must admit it cracks me up watching them doing the river dance.

arre you washing your yard or pens in any kind of industrial cleaner or bleach? dogs pads should be very durable but i find if they are burnt or tender it may be from the cleaner you use .... may not be a sloution but could be part of the problem :thumbs:
