Just a quick Pic of an Imminent arrival of a very Lefty Friendly Springer,

Which i'm sure You will approve of ,Should get it Saturday or Monday in .22 Cal.

So look out Mr Pianoman for the Meet in June , I might even get it Looney

Tuned by Tony at Sandwell later on but will get to grips with it factory standard first

to appreciate what a tuned Rifle by a Spring Rifle Maestro "Looney" tuner can do.

Cheers pal! After the weekend I've just had, I'll just watch Si and Davy's HW97KTs rip that sweet new 77 to shreds! :laugh: :laugh:

 

Aww Daz, Seriously. Well done mate on getting the new stock version. But it's still a traditional HW77 action and I'm more than happy with the beautiful, traditional .22 one I have sitting just a couple of feet from me as I type this!

 

AndyFR1968 fettled and tuned and as accurate as you like and that's just one rifle you will be competing against, my fine Welsh rarebit!

 

The other is my new HW97KT .177 I'm keeping under wraps and out of the limelight for now. But she'll be ready for battle by then, you'll see my little darlin laddie!

 

Seriously though Daz, well done mate. It looks a real stunner to me in that new stock! You'll love it I'm sure.

And thanks for the festive greetings Daz. Helen and I are just fine and Helen's keen as fresh mustard... and hovering towards an HW95....

 

She wants to learn from the ground floor up with a spring rifle and I reckon that's the one for her as her starter rifle. Then a PCP for her at some point. It makes sense she experiences and learns from both for target shooting. Though she did say she wouldn't be averse to Ratting!

You are making a great choice in the HW95 .

 

What a rifle to start with or even use for years and years to come .

 

Ive owned quite a few over the years both standard and SFS tuned and they are just fab. Light, well engineered, well balanced and so so accurate.

 

Fit a Hawke Panorama EV 4 - 12 x 40 AO IR scope to it with a half mildot reticule and you will have a real target smasher .

Definitely as all the Top shot's seem to be shooting Springer's it would be Rude not to bud,

.22 Cal of course, No .177 recoiler for Me Bud

By Feb Ill have a few new pcp's in my own armoury, but to tell you the truth I don't think they will be put in my car apart from Laura's new toy to drive to the meet .

 

Its going to be a springer weekend for me .

Can't leave My Big Boy TTR 1 in .25 cal at home so will probably bring it and the MK 2 attached to the Pulsar N550 for some night time Hunting.

As You can never be Unprepared But the HW 77K in .22 will be My HFT Gun

Nice looking rifle that daz! I do like the fore end of the stock like that. But lately iv been thinking about swapping the hw97k in for a hw95k in .20 from the sportsman gun centre as a light little grab and go gun.
