ruby16 80
hi all, this is just a warning to anyone buying or selling on this forum, DO NOT use ipostparcels to send anything to anyone, it looks great on there web site but believe me its more hastle than it is worth, i booked them yesterday to pick up a parcel from bluepocketrocket on this sight, i paid extra for a collection after 1pm as stated on there web page, the driver went to collect at aprox 11am when there was no one in, he left a card with no information on at all, trying to contact these people is a nightmare i wasted all day yesterday trying to sort this out and to cut a very long story short they were going back to get the parcel last night at 6 pm, needless to say they didn't arrive AGAIN, i will be on to them again today but i just want you all to know what a crap service this is so you don't make the same mistake as i did, ATB.(if i was to tell you everything that went on with this sh-te company yesterday you would be reading for another hour at least). B.P.R 2,798
mate i use them all the time, no problem, unlike RM or parcel force who smash all my stuff! Ive used them to send the lure to you a few times and reccomended them to ruby for the boots. Yesterday was shocking service. The driver had already been when i nipped home a approx 11.20 and a card was left with absolutley nothing on it. This was a pain in the arrse as i was waiting on a few parcels and pickups and didnt know which one had been so had to contact everybody to see what company they had sent the goods with. After ruby calling them i was left a voicemail saying the driver would be here at 6....so i waited in until around 6.40 when ruby notified me they werent coming. Theres a few more phonecalls, false promises made by them over the course of yesterday. Not going to bore you with them. Yes normally i would reccomend them but yesterday was appaling. Graham- when i send that lure back to you the second time the guy turned up after 1pm when id ordered before 1. Which wasnt a problem as i was home. And the lure arrived at your place with the motor snapped off which you fixed I will think twice before using these again. Its only that they offer a 'bring me labels' service as i have no printer. Think i might use royal mail from now on.

northern lad 2,292
Bought the wife an antique wall clock of flea bay for her 40th,the parcel arrived a day early ,found a card posted through the door",parcel over rear gate"and a smiley face drawn on it.....the rear gate is over six foot tall the parcel was clearly marked FRAGILE,GLASS etc etc on opening the clock it was smashed to feck rang the courier and was told as we were not the sender we could not claim against them, contacted the seller sent photos etc.they put the claim in,got paid out and kept the money never buy something like that again via internet best of it was the woman who sold the clock just could not understand that the claim money was mine and thought she was being generous offering to let her husband "have a go at fixing it"
