Simoman 110
I agree gnasher, just a guy I enjoyed watching. I disagree with the Freddie loookalike though, for me Severn wins and Don wins the Tom Selleck double comp..... Theres a few fighters I enjoy watching now, Couture, Arlovski, Hughes, Ortiz and St Pierre........ Edited July 2, 2007 by Simoman
Fletcher 0
Our Lenny Maclean would have sorted him out had he still been with us, he sported a tash like that for a while too.
Phil Lloyd 10,739
Er,.I know nothing of fighting and boyish things,..but,..I've always been a fan of the Gracie's ,..you know,.the Jui Jitsu enthusiasts from Brazil.... Do today's fighters utilise any of their techniques and incorporate any of their moves in the ring,..or are they obsolete,..and ineffectual Be glad to hear some genuine info from them as knows... All the best to ALL crosses,...cheers,.CHALKWARREN...
Simoman 110
Yes chalkie, most well rounded fighters incorparate some jui jitsu into their game. I think todays fighters have taken it to the next level. Matt Hughes recently defeated Royce Gracie in a good match......BJ Penn has a very good jui jitsu background but can also strike. I'm just a fan though....I also love tiddlywinks............. Edited July 2, 2007 by Simoman
