What about condensation? in plastic summer and winter?

As long as you,ve got ventilation you shouldnt get condensation......as the old saying said " put a plastic barrel next to a fancy wooden doghouse and see where the dog spends the night ! " :D ............Look at how germs/bacteria are held in the joints of wood..............first dog houses i ever used back yonks ago were blue plastic barrels......an old yank friend of mine used to say the bedding and feedpan are going to insulate your dog more than any doghouse ;)

brick built kennels bud with seprate runs with drains washed out every day come hail rain or shine oak barrels out side expand as does all seasoned timber thats why pitch pine on oak served the royal navy so well dogs chew many things mine hated platic beds every one to there own eh

Dont know how to put photos up,but ill try get one of the younguns to sort it for me.I have a concrete sectional garage with runs on side and hole in the concrete so dogs can get in there barrells,so mine are not outside,i also tried plastic years ago as i thought about the cleaning aspect but i found plastic to be problematic with the condensation.
