Hi from Staffordshire

Hi to all.

Have been shooting on and off since my teens (now 52!) Did have my FAC until a couple of years back but decided to let it go when I couldn't get down to Minsterley on a regular basis and my local range just didn't do it for me. Went back to air rifles and bought a Scorpion 177 single shot which has been great but am now ready to spend a bit more (quite a bit!) and am trying to sell the Scorpion to fund a HW100 177. Just sold my Feinwerkbau Mod 65 as a start towards my HW100 funds.

Also well into bikes (mountain and motor) and RC helis and planes.

Anyway, anyone who has a decent HW100 to sell let me know (subject to me selling the Scorpion) or if you want to get into Helis, I also have a couple to sell to try to increase my HW fund!

Cheers

David

Hi To all and thanks for the welcome. Now I have said hello, I have a question. I have never done any real hunting (small birds and the odd rabbit when I was a kid) but have had an on/off interest in shooting Foxes, both for the skill involved and the challenge of the shoot. Problem is I do not have the necessary skills and do not know how to go about getting them. As mentioned in my opening post, I have held an FAC and would be interested in going back down that route if I could occasionally hunt. Can anybody point me in the right direction as to how best proceed? Or should I stick with air rifles and rabbits and see how that progresses for a while.

I realise this is a very general question but I figured I might as well ask.

Cheers

David
