FLATTOP 5,291 Posted November 7, 2012 Report Share Posted November 7, 2012 Very nice i dont make that much as i dont have the apples but i let it ferment natuarally rack it off a few times from my pressure barrels then i bottle it all very satisfying, i get about 6% to 7% abv have used camden tablets in the past but left them out this time i make about 10 to 15 gallons i make wine as well you do notice that when you make these drinks everyone wants a bit of the action .
