Flazz sold me a silencer, and I paid him via gift on PayPal! And it never turned up, and he wont reply to my messages!

Sorry to hear that buddy, think hard about paying as a gift on paypal, it leaves you with NO protection.

It appears he was last here on the 11th. Maybe he has not got your pm's. Give a little longer or email him if you can. People do also go away on holidays now and then. Give him a chance to respond and see. Best of luck but I'm sure it will be fine.

 

Also it's probably bit early putting that you have been scammed. He may send you a copy of the postal receipt. Try to wait it out a little longer if you can. Was the money in your paypal or did it come out your bank (registered debit card)

Assuming this is the same flazz as on another site I have purchased from him, delivery was a little slow but the goods did arrive.

hopefully it turns up but always beware when paying as a gift. i know a few who have gone down this route and lost out on alot of money with no chance of getting it back.

Royal Mail won't consider a claim for loss untill 15 working days have elapsed.

I sell a fair bit on ebygumbay, I generally use 1st class; usually the goods do arrive next day, but occasionally it takes considerably longer, and sadly now and then the odd buyer has the seller over.

 

Claiming the compo can be a task in its self.

heres an idea why dont you edit your original post instead of saying sorry then when people are searching new content your not accusing what seems to be a very decent guy of being a scammer .

I'd say if a second silencer is sent, let it be returned. No need to have two off a chap who is fulfilling his end
