springfield 20 Posted June 23, 2007 Report Share Posted June 23, 2007 A good whippet will run its balls off all day or night for you and still want more If they`re from the right blood they aren`t shivering things either.My bitch will work all day or night winter spring summer autumn without any bother I`d agree that some show bred dogs would struggle, but if they`re bred the right way you can`t beat a whippet as a rabbit dog and for the occasional hare and fox retrieving live to hand 23 in 34lb ped whippet dog Sooty Sam lines both sides So lads, a good whippet will do everything a small lurcher will do, you pays yer money and yer yakes yer choice 23" aint no whippet Quote Link to post
