You may not think so at the moment, and like you, I'm gutted when I lose a dog, whatever the circumstances are ! Chin up, and don't let it sicken you in the dog game. thorny 100 Posted September 22, 2012 Report Share Posted September 22, 2012 sound advise there from Chartpolski, I know just how you feel mate, I went threw the same thing a couple of months back. Bought a puppy home for it to be fighting for its life within less than 24 hours, Mine had come to us with Parvo vets did all they could but she was put to sleep after a couple of days the fight in her had all gone. Cheers bud, the thing is though it took me months to talk the mrs into having a lurcher in the house, I get one and it lasts less than a week and costs me 5 times more in vet bills than what it cost to buy, she's not gona be letting me have another in a hurry!atb Cheers.
