bsa scorpion t-10 *** help ***

i did a deal for my 97k for a bsa scorpion t-10 and think (know) i've had a dud deal but ahh well you cant win them all

 

anyways when you cock it, it will skip from slot 1 to slot 10 or skip 1 or 2 or 3. or it wont even move :hmm: i've got a mate with an ultra and im going to try his mag as i've been told it might just be the mag, so its got to be worth a try.

 

also i took the stock off to to find out that the safety has snapped so need a few bits doing to it.

 

where would be the best place to send it to get fixed?? or where could i get the parts to have a wee look myself.

 

dont get me wrong its a lovely gun but at the min you be safer throwing it at a rabbit rather than guessing if its loaded or not :blink:

The old mags have always had index problems my ultras does it it will skip the 4th one then not cycle on the 7th 8th 9th just buy a new mag and it should be fine and as for the safety the BSAs are the most simple safety's going if you bought a new one you could probably fit it yourself. I took apart the air cylinder on mine to sort a valve problem out. If you have any problems give xtx a call he's a very helpful man! Have you also tried the BSAog forum?

Sounds like the mag may need stripping down and cleaning or maybe an indexing problem..........
