help!!!! my neighbours have complained to the council saying our dogs bark all night, which they don't.

 

has anyone else had this problem and how bad can this get??

if this had happened you will get a noise nuisence notice from the environmental health dept giving you 3 months to sort the problem

Knock on your neighbours door and tell them to get used to it, you could even splash out a buy them them little yellow ear plugs mate. But wait till xmas if your going to give them, them dont want them thinking your going soft.

i had another phone call from the council on friday telling me another neighbour has reported me, apparently they were barking from 8-11pm which is totally untrue surly i would have heard them as i was not 30 feet away from them doing my ironing, you should see the things they have posted n FB about me....... quite slanderous or is that liable when written??

Had trouble with my dogs howling and a bitch barking, rspca round and a word from the counsel and naughbours.

Hi had one them letters I just went and spoke the person that reported me and told them I would sort it and are you sure was my dogs as everyone but them hav dogs in street and turned out was dog 7 doors down but because they seen mine thought was mine

You can get those sound monitor things you set the time on them and press record if you place one in your kennels you then plug it into your laptop and bobs your uncle fannys ya aunt you have proof they dont bark all night

 

Failing that Kill your neighbors joke obviously lol just mess them around abit joke again , just tell them they bark when some ones cat makes it's way onto your property and tell them to go complain to the owner of the cat lol

i have an shock collar on the dog i feel is the worst culprit ( bar the jack that lives in the house) it gave him terrible absesses, so slowly i'm putting it back on him,

 

what do the counsil consider as unreasonble???

 

after all, all dogs bark if it went one for hours none stop, as they are saying, yes it would drive me mad, why can't i hear them, and why can't my other neighbour ??

 

trust me i have thought about shooting the neighbours( joke) but take there friend comments on FB (damned site) to poison our dogs quite serious
