Nice I take it they study kumite if they represent Scotland ??? ........

very much so... they are current British Team kumite champions with a friend making the 3rd.. all from the same club..

Excellent stuff ... Hope they stick to it and keep enjoying it ........

 

Thanks... I really hope they do.. Ben, my other son also 13, has just done his Sho Dan , and has begun training juniors... fingers crossed...

 

As a gift, his Sensai got him hisblack belt made with his name stitched in it in Japanese.. Its a thing of beauty.

This was an Irish Competition... faultless. but came second to an irishman... :whistling:

I can't see that as I am on an iPad and it doesn't take flas player ... Shame ........

I'm debating whether or not go back to Muay Thai,I boxed for years when I was younger and the worst injury I got was a broken nose.

 

Done Muay Thai for just over a year,over 3 fights broke my ribs 6 times,my nose about 5 times,chipped my shin and tore my ACL though that was sparring.

 

 

I wouldn't mind trying unlicensed boxing.
