Baghdadnights 150 Posted July 25, 2012 Report Share Posted July 25, 2012 Easiest way I've found is pull the skin off it's back slice across with a knife then fingers in and pull skin top and bottom splits easier if still warm. Then I use scissors puncture just under rib cage and cut all the way up to the throat then down all the way to tail splitting the pelvis open up guts and everything out then legs and head forgot I cut tail off first Quote Link to post Share on other sites
