Stray Black bull lurcher , Grenoside, Sheffield

11.45 am, just seen a bull/greyhound type lurcher going down Norfolk Hill, Grenoside Sheffield, S35..... looked real worn out, crossing back and forth over the road.

 

Tried to get near, but just avoided me, had a collar on.

 

It looked mainly black with the odd dot of white.

I couldn't tell you, a lady who i ran past when trying to catch up with it said it had a collar on. Was quite heavily muscled looking dog, couldnt tell you if it was male or female though, i just couldnt get close enough.

theres a lad from cross with a big black bull cross, and a lad from high green with one I've sent them a text to make sure its not there.

No need to thank me mate, its your the one who we should be gratefull to for bothering to put up the sighting in the first place, good on you. Its just i remebered a post on here a while ago that one had been pinched, and in that area, it may not be the same dog at all, but it's worth a shout out.

hope its caught and owner found, picked up a neighbours eldery dog miles from its home at 2am the other day, monty is half blind and very arthritic so feck knows how he got so far from home
