I was out sorting some crows and rooks for a farmer on sunday, was having a great time shooting a 12g semi auto, the carts I was using were lyvale express steel, half way through the session one of the shots went off a lot louder than any of the others and there was a hell of a kick, my mate who was the other side of a small wood came round to check if I was still in one piece, anyone had a simaler experience. atb nasher

Was there any injury to you or damage to the gun?

Quite a open choke about quarter I think, and no there wasnt any damage to the gun or me, I checked the choke was still there and tight checked my pants and carried on shooting

Perhaps just a dodgy cartride? Had you a different one rolling round in your pocket from a previos trip?

probably a double amount of powder....i take it you didnt kill anything with that cartridge? probably a loading error at the factory
