Ratreeper 441
Firefox seems to have updated, so now when I open a new tab it shows a list of my most visited websites. Now as you might imagine, this doesn't bode well for me so I was wondering how to change what they show? I can keep deleting them, but then it just gets replaced straight away when I visit a new site so I am not really sure what to do as I don't want to have to constantly delete my history, nor am I inclined to do an honest days work. I am handing my notice in on Tuesday, but I need to give 8 weeks notice and don't want them to have any excuse to f**k me over. This also backfired on my mate a bit who uses Chrome (which is better than firefox btw) since it showed three of his top sites were pornhub, he went a bit rosey the wanker
Malt 379
There should be an option to enable private browsing somewhere. If you open a window in private, once you close that window it will automatically wipe all history and web data from the sites you've just visited..

johnny boy68 11,726
Just use private browser, click the firefox icon in top left corner and set it on private.
Malt 379
Ctrl shift and P is the shortcut to enable it on Firefox, just read the article myself!
Ratreeper 441
Aye that is what I do when umm 'shopping for xmas pressies' just like the microsoft ads suggest. But ideally I need the previews to be all work related, so I suppose I could change them all and use a new window privately for other shenanigans. Thanks for the help, I don't know why this didn't occur to considering my extensive private browsing experience, since I am such a generous shopper
