I have this book from new, read it once , there is a tear on page 160 which my young daughter kindly did, but cello taped back together, other than that it's in very good condition with no wear and tear on the spine or other pages, I know how sort after this book is and seen them go for a fair price, so if you make me a sensible offer you can have it
