Lowa Hunter GTX Boots

Recommended Posts

Just as an update (and the reason I joined this forum)

I purchased a pair of Lowa Mountain GTX and threw them straight onto my feet for a 4 day exercise in the herefordshire countryside and at the end of it not one blister or rub mark on my feet, worn almost 24/7! Treking through rivers and over very muddy ground and not one problem at all.

They were expensive but worth every penny!!

Personally wouldnt touch goretex boots...

I am sometimes in situtions where the boots i have are all i have for over a week at a time.... and in december....theres nowhere to dry them....

With goretex boots...theyre good...but once theyre wet.... they stay wet unless you have a radiator

never said you should i?

A suggestion was in your post. I'm just making sure no one thinks its ok to start putting leather on radiators.

leave the fuckers in the box and dont wear them out, guaranteed to stay dry for years and years.

I bought a pair of meindle douvre extreme off this site a while ago, together with the waterproofing agents recomennded. I would gladly recommend them to anyone, as would the lowa boys with their boots.
