undisputed 1,664
Think you had better take a reality check here any new club that is formed is not Glasgow rangers you start from zero no history no right to play in the prem how can it be any other way , other wise pay you debts and stay the same you can't have it both ways I don't agree, it'll be the same club for all intents and purposes. Same fans, same team, same pitch, etc. It'll just be a new business maybe with a slightly different name. If a building company went bust and a new person bought all the assets, re-employed the same staff and took on the same customers, it'd still be the same company just with a different name. Using your logic, Manchester United should have lost the right to their history first when they floated to became a PLC, then again when they were brought back into private ownership via the Glaziers. You cant change history.. Totally wrong Malt..no money for players no europe for 3yrs dual contracts and other stuff to come to the fore....still to be punished for bringing the game into disrepute...its a no win situation for the Orcs they go to 3rd division pay their debt and try to work their way back...if they don't massive boycot of away games from other teams...TICK f*****g TOCK...Hearse on it's way to Mordor...SH you don't half talk shite your too f*****g miserible to buy a lottery ticket....Jelly & Ice Cream again Edited June 12, 2012 by undisputed

You can bleat on that your still Glasgow Rangers but the real Glasgow Celtic will tell you otherwise..... Scot........If i won the lottery i'd buy Rangers too then you wouldnt need to worry about all this nonsense cause you would be closed, Ibrox would be a supermarket and Murray park would be a park for dog walkers to walk there dog with no need to pick there shite up........

gonetoearth 5,144
Malt the club called Glasgow rangers will cease to exicst when the receiver. Hand over to the liquidated who will then sell the accets the revenue has stopped ths happening as the want to carry out a full investigation to the financial running of the club the only way rangers can keep its name and past is to pay its out standing dept , if not it will no longer exist. That is the law of the land Why should it be any different. Just cos it's a football club as for man u it's a totally different thing to float a plc on the stock exchange any new club formed under Scottish FA rules would need to reapply. To join , , WHY NOT ASK WEE ECK TO LEND THEM THE MONEY OUT OF COFFERS HE LOVES HIS HISTORY

I could go on but I'm sure you get my drift .....if anything it was their proud traditions that got them into the shite in the first place.....this is a chance for a new rangers without their baggage and belief they are untouchable....the establishment club has been shown exactly what it means to the establishment....nada! time for a fresh start and a bit of humilty...but I wont hold my breath. baw 4,360
If I was the hmrc liquidators I'd sell the assets to get OUR money back from the tax dodging b*****ds. No mercy, sell the lot. As for the history, it's just that now, history. It's gone, the 5 stars will no longer be on the shirts. The new rangers will be fighting relegation for the next 3 years attest with no European money. I hope the clubs in the spl have a backbone and don't allow them in. I don't see why a new club should join straight into the top flight whether they were formerly rangers or not.
