club water?

Recommended Posts

If a club has the fishing on a waterway but only one side of the bank and the other side is private can you legally fish it with the landowners permission to be on the land?

Cheers, gnipper

I fish a river like that trout club water but it's on my mates dads land. He says work away if they come down tell them they're trespassing and ring me !!! I'm happy with that never had any bother.

sounds good to me, ive had this on a local river mate, boils down to the fact they think there paying for the lot, they aint there paying for the right to fish that bank.
