I think you need to research it a bit more Elvis.

 

You cannot import fowl from most countries FULL STOP, not even into quarantine. And the ones you can import from (and the list keeps changing) you have a load of hassle with vets etc.

I know all this because i looked into it recently to try to get birds in from Malaysia

Found this from 2008, but the list has been made bigger since then...
