Have you heard of Defra, or bird flu?

Quarantine i dont mean chuck them in the boot of your car

 

:laugh: I think you need to research it a bit more Elvis.

 

You cannot import fowl from most countries FULL STOP, not even into quarantine. And the ones you can import from (and the list keeps changing) you have a load of hassle with vets etc.

I know all this because i looked into it recently to try to get birds in from Malaysia :thumbs:

well my cousin done the same thing not malasia but he is aloud to bring back 19 birds so i no its hard but can be done. it was just a simple question atb

Then it must not have been from one of the banned countries. I have tried to find the list for you, i had all the info on my pc but lost it recently when my pc crashed.

Found this from 2008, but the list has been made bigger since then...

 

As a precaution, the UK has banned imports of live chickens from the following countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Laos, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Malaysia, South Africa, North Korea, Turkey and Romania.

Whatever sort they are into from a country it is legal to import birds from....obviously :huh:
