ArchieHood 3,692
I had a Hawke scope on the S200 and couldn't fault it but it went with the gun, I then got a good deal on a Nikko Stirling Mounmaster 4-12x50 AO IR which does the job I want.Ive never been one of those "got to have it" types,to me a scopes a scope whether its £50 or £500...........Does that make any sense? Pink or stink 162
I went for the MTC Viper 3-12x44 because I heard so much about it. Optics were ok but I just couldn't get on with the SCB reticle. After looking through so many in so many shops I came across the Hawke Panorama 4-12x44 with the half mil-dot reticle; probably the best scope I used on a HFT round ever. For my springer I got the Hawke Sport HDIR 3-9x40 and I have to say the optics are remarkable for the price. I know that each of the companies mentioned here also provide excellent warranty service which is kinda important. Quote Link to post
Metalman2 45
I use MTC and Hawke, but the best glass i have is on a Nikon Pro Staff, using the BDC takes a while, but it is good Quote Link to post
Bill Howie 0
I am using a Hawke Sidewinder 4-16x50IR which I'm very happy with. I used to have an MTC Viper 10x44 but it started fogging inside the scope. I also like the Hawke because you can use the Hawke software too Quote Link to post
