cyclonebri1 8
Hey guys just thought I'd update you all. I am now a proud owner of a FAC and a CZ452 .22lr! Well done, now, just proove you are not the knob that they tried to proove you where earlier. This is serious, make a cock up prior to FAC and you may just get away with it, do it after and................................. bye bye :toast: :toast: Quote Link to post
PLEDGEY 496
Just to cover your back and it will work in your favour, request what the police have on you, it costs £10 but well worth it, i did it on my application as i couldnt remember dates ect. When they interviewed me the knew things about my past. Even if your name has been mentioned to the police, they will ask you about it. I got my FAC and i had assault on mine albeit 12 years ago!! I did the same. The write 'see attached form' in the box where they want you to put your convictions, and staple the form to the application.....job done!. Quote Link to post
cyclonebri1 8
Good man, :victory: , thing is if some neighbour or old fart or even the local school crossing biddy puts your name in the frame it gets recorded and they WILL question you about it. I'm an old git by your young terms but get this; My renewal was due a few months back. Me? Squeaky clean, (they never caught me ) Totally irrelevant in my mind, but 2 months earlier on walking back from a barbq at a mates I found 3 kids playing chicken on the main road. Blind bend at the top of a busy hill, double white lines for obvious reasons. 3 of these kids were laid head to toe on the white lines :icon_eek: :icon_eek: :icon_eek: :icon_eek: I played merry hell with them, deliberately didn't swear though I wanted to, and waved them of back onto the estate. 4th kid, ewgging them on, known to police, was smart enough not to lie in the road but complained about me, I'd threatened them with a stick? The friggin walkin stick I use to avoid fallin over :bad: :bad: Anyway common sense prevailled , but not without a visit from the local gendarme, at 10:30 pm when I was in bed Just get what I'm saying and avoid the hassle. PS The little basturds can get creamed into hedgehog stew next time as far as I'm concerned Edited January 9, 2013 by cyclonebri1 Quote Link to post
