tubbiescooter 2
really good for the money even better with a upgraded wwt2 trigger from woodfield as that;s its only real weakness really quiet and very accurate Quote Link to post
BenjaminCadd 109
If you have the sort of money to buy one of them, i would hold on / or save up a bit longer and get a TX200, i didnt know what all the fuss was about till i got tone this weekend, it is by far the best springer i have ever shot in my oppinion, although there are the HW77 and 97 and even and 90 Break barrel, for the price your goignt to pay for a Benjamin i would look at a HW or TX! Many Thanks. Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
Or an HW95... Quote Link to post
tubbiescooter 2
Either buy the hw90 as its also nitro piston or buy the Benjamin and change the trigger you will be amazed how good the are with a decent trigger on them they hold there own and you won't be dissapointed they don't have too much of a following over here yet but that's cause people stick to the names they know only have to look at some of the USA airgun forums to see how good they really are Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
They do have a reputation for locking up though! Seen that on several sites! Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
Cheap Chineese rubbish turned into expensive pretend USA rubbish by the Yanks. Stick to Air Arms or something German. If you fancy a gas ram there's none better than the HW90. Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
If you want a cheaper gas ram, buy a Hatsan 60S TG GR! Quote Link to post
gurtwurz 793
the trouble with non theoben gas rams(apart from the hw90 i think) is that they dont have the high efficiency system so they tend to be a bit harder on the recoil and can trash scopes. best to have an extended go(if poss) and see what you think. andy, are you gonna take your '90 to the meet mate? i'd love to have a go with one and see how it compares to a sirocco(just got one recently, nice gun, very accurate but very hold sensitive) cheers, wurz Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
Hi, Wurz. Yes it'll be with me and so will my mate Paul's 90 aswell. See you there, all being well Quote Link to post
