i live in a small village and theres a few people that have taken a disliking to me because after a nights lamping i normally hang the rabbits on my hanging baskets until the morning so the whole street can see what ive caught if they dont like what i do then feck em

When I moved in to this village, i was chatting to the neighbours, the old woman next door but one said about it being quiet 'but you'll see the flashing lights from time to time over the fields. They are the badger baiters!!' :icon_eek:

Well, my first thought was to enlighten her, not only to what lamping is but also the fact that there ain't a badger for 20 miles of here BUT I simply let her and her thoughts be...

Think it came as a bit of a shock a few weeks later as I said a cheery 'hello, nice night' and marched past her and into the darkness with a big lurcher and a lamp...! She still says hello, but ain't quite as chatty as she first was. :D
