doxhope 2
I use bars on all my pens and runs, they look better and more proffessional, theres no give in them and they last forever, all they ask of you is a coat of black hammerite every year Quote Link to post

maty j 6
geeeeeeez it aint alf expensive Quote Link to post
doxhope 2
Not really, I bought 40 four foot half inch round bars in 1985, cost, less than £40. Made my runs with them, and they are still up nice and strong now, "how do you maintain this" you might ask, "painted once a year". In another 20 years they will still be up, and just as strong. But, if money is the deciding factor, wire might be the better option. "Investing is simple, but not easy" Quote Link to post
