ticks

Recommended Posts

I know ferrets can pick up ticks sometimes, mine have had them now and then. When I firsted started out I smeared them with vaseline but now I use spot-on or frontline (or whatever its called) but I'm thinking about getting one of those tick puller bars.

But anyway my qestion is.... has anyone got a tick on themsevles? or had or know someone who has got lymes disease?

thats what i'm thinking about when sticking my hand in a hole, thinking that it might come back out with a tick buried in it.

Would it happen? can it Happen? has it happend?

Pretty rare

I`ve never known, or even heard of someone, secondhand that has caught it.

I reckon yer safe,

If you get a tick, you can get tested for Lymes, The important thing if you get it , is to treat it at it`s first showing, as it will vanish, then come back after a time as an uncurable version of lymes,
