trappa 518
Looks a bit of a con to me. Too many people think that you can buy fitness rather than work at it. He will be raking it in i bet. Im just hittin the gym fairly hard now and cutting down on the drink. Hopin to be lookin good soon!!

gnasher16 31,602
These type of ads are aimed towards the gullible newcomer who believes what they read............i mean, are we to believe that if you stick to parts 2 and 3 religiously but dont first watch the video in part 1 you wont make any gains !!!....... Nothing can beat good old fashioned knowledge, dedication and hard work........................you just cant fool the human body as easy as these ads make out.
rocky1 942
i,ve been doing weights for years but never dieted after chritmas i,ve started doing more cardio as weights do not very much for your fittest as i,ve out so i,m kind of a diet with cutting out crisps ,fizy pop and the other shit ,but still go out on a saturday for the match a have a few beers i do take protein shake a ethel ester creatine and multi vitiam codliver oil but thats it ,i think that package would cost you a fortune for 3 months seem a but of con
THLpatrick 555
As i said on thlchat yesterday. Find the one Suppliment that works for you, Iso-7 is a good one, then use the diet he is on without all his suppliments, or research what you need, but his diet seems spot on,then just follow the work out and diet as best you can, drink if you want and what not, i think the actual sessions would help though
MissRhianL 70
guys honestly Kris is serious about this programme, i know his father who lives in Wales where i do, his son made it real big in the natural body building in America where he met his wife Marika who is also a natural body builder. His dad was there at the filming of the 12 wk programme, just before he started at week 1 with a beer belly effort. From all his hard work Bodybuilding.com is his business and he has a few selected gyms in America that focus on 12 week transformations. Like obviously all the supplements you can buy elsewhere possibly at a cheaper price but how he demonstrates is if you want to get yourself into the best possible shape then you need to take the extra supplements that your bodies needing so that you do see results!! You cant really knock it if you havent tried it, people tend to knock such things cause they know they wouldnt be able to stick to the plan themselves. Unfortunately negativity plays a bigger part in some peoples life rather than an I CAN DO IT attitude lol
