BrianSteven72 369
Seamus get your ferrets on a diet they are far to fat maybe if they were in shape the collers would get a grip and not come off Quote Link to post
The one 8,398
The nylon collars are a pain better swapping over to leather collars .I put them on then let them run about on the floor and if there moving okay put them in the carrying box and check there still okay and working before i put them to ground . maybe excessive but ive never had one lose a collar in a burrow yet Quote Link to post
lawrence 657
its hardly rocket science, if you can pull it over the ferrets head its to loose, if you can't pull it over their head, then its unlikely to come off. even if you think its tight enough, double check by making sure it won't pull over their heads. Great to read a bit of common sense, what do you do when you put on your troosers, if they fall down you tighten your belt. Quote Link to post
johnrthrfrd 223
Just put extra holes in the collar and pull it as tight as you can get it when you put it on the ferts it doesn't seem to bother them Quote Link to post
