mk 3 collers wont stay on

The nylon collars are a pain better swapping over to leather collars .I put them on then let them run about on the floor and if there moving okay put them in the carrying box and check there still okay and working before i put them to ground . maybe excessive but ive never had one lose a collar in a burrow yet

its hardly rocket science, if you can pull it over the ferrets head its to loose, if you can't pull it over their head, then its unlikely to come off. even if you think its tight enough, double check by making sure it won't pull over their heads.

Great to read a bit of common sense, what do you do when you put on your troosers, if they fall down you tighten your belt. :icon_eek:
