day and night walker 237
bought a plummer x end of jan 13 will be 2 years old this new years eve. I have been getting her out but am finding it really frustrating trying to bring her on. Some days she seems keen where as others she seems to have no interest at all.the fella i got her from said that she had only had a few mice when he had her and apart from that she had not done much at all. She does not mind brambles stingers ect when she is switched on but on other days as i said she just walks in front of me like we are over the park. while i have had her she has killed 1 rat but to date no rabbits. She is the only dog that i have but i would love to get her out with other bushing terriers but do not know any 1 who keeps them in my neck of the woods. I would love to hear from any 1 who has had trouble bringing theirs on but got there in the end . atb day walker. ps she is about 15tts give or take half an inch could she be a bit too big. silly question i know but i am fairly new to all this Would be well pleased with any advice atb. TonyOrmy 128
if you could get a fresh rabbit ,take the head off and let your,e dog eat it and also use the skin to tease the dog it will soon get a taste 4 the bunnys and get it out as much as possible and keep encouraging the dog if it starts showing intrest on a fresh sent or round a hole hope the turns good 4 you mate Quote Link to post
