used the same recipe for years

1lb sloes (pricked)

7o/z sugar

70c/l gin

shake daily for a week to dissolve the sugar,then put to one side for 3 months

strain into clean bottles and enjoy,if you can leave it for a year it will get better

lets be honest........its hard to leave it aside for a year......when it tastes so good ,ha ha
