weasle 1,119
Just finished reading CONEY CATCHER2.In it your man seems to be saying that a dog that lives in the house, maybe more prone to jacking, not trying or generally looking after itself. This got me thinking and the dogs that have lived in,with me have not been as good as dogs that have lived out,and come out there kennel go hunting return to the kennel,Do`s seem to make a hunting machine. Now as i have a young pup here that is living in has got me a bit worried so just wondering what others experiences are.? Where does it say that? I've had dogs both in the house and in kennels and I can't say I've noticed a lot of difference. Some dogs are good and some not, wherever they live. I do know that dogs reared in kennels can easily suffer from lack of proper socialisation if they don't get enough attention and time given to them. Quote Link to post
