Get a whippet from working parents, grand parents, grt grand parents and so on. That sonny dog is from pedigree lap dogs. A flook, it wont guarentee a decent pup.

Where do you think most of our working lines are from ? They have all come from show lines at some point. I do believe that Sonny has proven himself to be a very good working dog and if he is good enough for Tony Dent then he must have something about him !

I have seen 2 young uns by this dog working and they have the makings of good dogs that most people would like to own one of them belonging to Darren and I saw sonny working as well . I got his brother Mick to ask to take me out and see for myself and it wasint a problem and a friend in Downham got a pup from boston about a year an half ago that is sired by sonny an its a good liltte dog with the ferretting

Iv got 9 week old pup with sonny been grand sire both sides.

so sire and dam were half bro and sis to sonny been father

No breeding will guarentee a decent pup...Luck and how the pup is brought on defines if its a decent pup or not.

I have seen a few pups coming on down from DG's Sonny and all are doing well infact i have 2 14 month old bitches here out of a Sonny breeding and so far so good doing me proud.

I have seen Sonny run on the fens many times and seeing this made my mind up about taking 2 new pups on.

Before you think i am one of the deciples of which i am far from being,Darren and i have had many strong words in the past but credit has to be given when due Sonny is proving himself as a good worker and producer.You cant knock a mans dog because you disapprove of the man himself.
