Guest vin
Hello all. I was out with my mate yesterday and one of his collars packed in working..they are only from last year so they havnt been used loads and abused etc etc..He checked them the night before and they worked, but next day it would not switch on at all ? the reciever had been left switched on all night in his bag..but it was still working the next day..i thought he might have flattened the batts in the collar..so we switched for new uns and it still didnt work.. We had 2 set ups on the day so it was ok..He has phoned Deben this morning and they want him to send it back, but he will be without it for upto 3 weeks, which he,s not happy about. Has anyone else had the same problem.?.it just seems like the collar will not switch on at all..we messed about with it for ages. thought i would ask here before he sends it back. thanks all merry xmas Vin Quote Link to post

Will be no good what so ever for your collars. You want a good quality silver oxide battery for your finder collars. Such as the rayovac ones that Deben supply with collars. Its a few extra quid to ensure your gear doesn't f**k up! Liam Quote Link to post
