secretagentmole 1,701
Answer is simple, yes, get an export only regulator fitted it will take it to 28 ft lb energy. Not saying how I could possible know this (like the idiot who sold me my super ten insisting it was below 12 ft lb had done this and I could never figure out why it had the flattest trajectory of any .22 I had ever fired, discovered way over with Combro and sold to an RFD who immediately put it on his ticket as he wanted one)! paulus 26
be carefull as once youve put the gun up to fac it will have to stay as fac and it will reduce its value if you ever want to sell Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
it is a Super 10, why would he want to sell it? Edited December 16, 2011 by secretagentmole Quote Link to post

So you admit being in possession of an illegal firearm on an open forum and you admit dealing in illegal firearms? Mary, I think he needs a clip round the lugs again, this time with a baseball bat! Phantom 631
I'm serious here!!! I got a criminal record for being in possession of a rifle running at 13.04 ft/lbs whats more serious, possession unknowingly or deliberate dealing in unlicensed firearms? Quote Link to post
matt_hooks 188
The answer is yes. It does rather beg the question "why?" The .177 at legal limit is perfect for flying rats in a structure. The FAC will gain you nothing in killing power at such short ranges, but will give you all sorts of trouble with a probable loss of accuracy, and more risk of damaging the structure. Also it will reduce the value of the rifle, as Mike says. Keep it below 12 ft.lb, and if you really must have an FAC air rifle (don't see the point if you have .22LR) then buy one at FAC level from the factory! 1 Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Well said Matt Seriously though, I don't know why the Shitish Government limit us to what is effectively a 6th or 7th of a .22 LR Rimmy is beyond me? Tony Quote Link to post
