hi all, i did know this, and was just wondering if others did, if you didnt you should try it out.

i asked the locl vet were i could get some electrolytes for my whippet bitch when i use her on the lamp, they use them for greyhounds etc, they replinish lost sugars and salts fast to a working dog so it takes les time for a dog to recover from a big run. the vet said, ' why do you want elctrolyte? theyre just over rated sugary water. either get some a pan of water maby a pint or so, put 4-5 table spoons of sugar, boil it, put it in a bottle when i cools and shake then give to dogs, or the best thing a tea spoon of treacle!' so thats what im going to be doing from now on
