I'm no expert but I recently had a similar problem and cured it (eventually!) by starting windows in safe mode (do this by pressing f8 as it's first starting up) then choosing 'start windows in safe mode' from the choices. When you've got started in safe mode run a programme called adaware, it's free but you may have to download it on another pc first. It should detect and remove anything that's causing the problem. Did you buy one of these laptops that are cheaper if you are made to watch a certain amount of adverts per day? Otherwise it sounds like a virus that is automatically loading up these websites.
