scothunter 12,609 Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 ok so i ordered a few blue ray movies from the site.got all the dvds except one.when i complained i got an email yesterday.saying i see you have a left a negative comment on the feedback.this is a family business and will affect us in the current climate.if you remove the comment we will send you a free a dvd.by the way they refunded my original dvd as they said it must have been lost in post.bullshit i got all the other ones ok.anyway i removed the comment and emailed them saying i had done so.no answer.emailed again asking was this just a ploy to get me to remove the feedbackand wheres my dvd.they emailed saying we sent the dvd yesterday.how the f**k do they know what type of movies i like.sending me some random shit movie lol unbelievable.
